These Terms of Use ("Agreement") apply to the various Web pages, programs, products, services, data files, written materials, computer software, music, audio files, photographs, videos, images, content, databases, software code, and other information (collectively referred to as the "Services") provided by searoadparts.com, a Florida corporation. The Services are available through the websites owned by SeaRoad Parts & Engines (collectively, the "Websites") and accessible via the Internet. The content and information within the Services are provided by SeaRoad Parts & Engines, along with third-party clients, suppliers, and service providers (collectively referred to as "Information Providers"). The use of these Services is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement
By accessing the website(s) and using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, including the warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and termination provisions outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, SeaRoad Parts & Engines does not grant you access to the Services, and you should stop using the website(s) immediately.
SeaRoad Parts & Engines reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the Services will be considered as your acceptance of the current terms, and any further use after changes are made will signify your acceptance of the modified terms.
All orders must be prepaid, except for certain custom orders. Special orders require a minimum 50% deposit of the total invoice. We will not process the order or order parts until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due when the order is ready for shipment. Clerical errors or omissions on orders are subject to correction.
All orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. For more details, refer to our Returns & Refund Policy
SeaRoad Parts & Engines reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the following criteria:
Out-of-stock items: Customers are encouraged to confirm availability before ordering.
As a distributor, we pass on lead times from our suppliers. If there are discrepancies, SeaRoad Parts & Engines is not responsible for any inaccuracies. Should you wish to cancel an order due to delays, restocking fees and freight charges may still apply.
We do not mark-up freight charges. If expedited shipping is requested, the cost will be passed directly to you. Once an order is shipped, you are responsible for the freight charges even if the order is cancelled.
For international orders, freight charges can be quoted upon request. SeaRoad Parts & Engines is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments. If actual shipping costs exceed the quoted amount, the customer is responsible for paying the difference within 10 days of notice.
For domestic orders, any discrepancies must be reported to SeaRoad Parts & Engines within 5 business days of the invoice date. For international orders, discrepancies must be reported within 30 days. Issues reported after this period will not be our responsibility.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order upon receipt. SeaRoad Parts & Engines reserves the right to make design or process changes without prior notification if the fit and function are unaffected, and to substitute alternative part numbers when necessary.
Most parts sold by SeaRoad Parts & Engines come with a one or two-year manufacturer warranty. If a part fails due to a defect, a warranty claim must be requested from SeaRoad Parts & Engines. Unauthorized returns will not be considered for refunds. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the warranty of specific parts.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold SeaRoad Parts & Engines, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any legal claims, costs, or damages arising from product defects related to design, labelling, or manufacturing specifications provided by the buyer. The buyer must assume responsibility for defending any such claims, although SeaRoad Parts & Engines reserves the right to participate in the defence.
Liability limitations depend on the specific product and make purchased. Consult your SeaRoad Parts representative for more information.
The buyer agrees to indemnify SeaRoad Parts & Engines, its officers, agents, and employees against any claims or legal actions arising from patent or copyright infringements, misappropriation of trade secrets, or improper use of designs, trademarks, or trade names based on specifications provided by SeaRoad Parts & Engines.
The sale of products does not convey any license or rights under any patents owned by SeaRoad Parts or its vendors. No rights to descriptive data such as manufacturing drawings, processes, or tooling are transferred.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida, with Miami-Dade County as the designated legal venue.
Due to manufacturer restrictions, SeaRoad Parts & Engines may not be able to sell certain brands in all global territories. If you are outside the USA, please consult with us regarding brand availability in your region.
All prices are subject to change without notice. International orders must meet a $1,000 minimum order.
