1At SeaRoad Parts, to ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the option to return new and unused products, subject to the following terms and conditions:
30-Day Return Period
You may return items purchased from us for any reason within 30 days of the original invoice date, provided the product is in "new" condition, has not been installed, and is returned in its original packaging. To be eligible, the product must be received at our facility within 30 days of the order date. Returns received after this period are not eligible for a refund. Products sent back before submitting a claim form and receiving a Returned Confirmation Number (RCN) or Warranty Claim Number (WCN) may be refused, held, or disposed of at the discretion of SeaRoad Parts & Engines.
Products sold as part of a kit must be returned as a complete kit; partial kits or individual components cannot be returned. No refunds will be issued for products that, in our sole discretion, have been installed, tampered with, contaminated, or disassembled.
In case of a dispute involving a credit card or payment processing company, it will be resolved by the applicable third party ("Intermediary") based on their terms and conditions. SeaRoad Parts & Engines will not be obligated to offer additional remedies once a resolution has been reached, and your eligibility for refunds, returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage may be terminated.
Restocking Fee
All product returns for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the original purchase price. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, and the restocking fee will apply. This fee does not apply to exchanges of unused products or returns for store credit. The original shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund. PayPal fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must request an RCN or WCN number by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing searoadparts@gmail.com. Provide the following details:
- Original invoice number
- Part number
- Serial number (if applicable)
- Quantity
- Reason for return
- Any additional information to facilitate processing
No returns will be accepted without an RCN or WCN number. All sales special orders are final and not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have inspected the returned products and confirmed they are in unused, resalable condition, we will process your refund minus the restocking fee and original shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Notes:
-Products sent back before submitting a claim form and receiving a Returned Confirmation Number (RCN) or Warranty Claim Number (WCN) may be refused, held, or disposed of at the discretion of SeaRoad Parts & Engines.
-The warranty claim process for returned items takes 30-60 days, allowing time for thorough inspection and evaluation of the received products
-Drop-in Engines, Long Blocks and Short Blocks come with a 30-day warranty from the delivery date plus manufacturer’s warranty. Returns and claims must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items.
